Our long-lasting, cleaning-burning 8 oz. candles made with 100% all-natural soy wax burn up to 60 hours, 30 hours longer than paraffin candles. Inhale pure, natural fragrance: exhale a breath of fresh air free of toxins, carcinogens, phthalates and parabens.

Our signature soy candles are consciously crafted with your complete experience in mind. Strong-scented with organic fragrance oil to fill your space like background music. Our hemp wicks are more sustainable than cotton or wood wicks, and burn hotter which strengthens the scent and improves fragrance throw.

We make our own 8 oz. candle containers in-house from beer bottles using a 4-step cold-working process. First, we cut the bottle in half using a wet tile saw; using a flat lap wheel, we sand away any imperfections or chipping, then pre-polish and polish the smoothed edge to add shine back onto the glass. After cleaning, we repurpose the cut bottles into upcycled candle containers by securing hemp wicks using high-temp glue, which ensures wick tabs do not shift while burning.

100% Soy Wax, Organic Fragrance Oil (Natural Ingredients, Essential Oils), Hemp Wick. Non-toxic. No artificial colors or dyes. Phthalate free. Paraben free. Vegan. Gluten free. Crafted in USA.

    • Before lighting candle, trim wick to 1/4 inch; and, always trim wick before each burn. This ensures the candle flame doesn’t grow too tall, get too hot, and evaporate the scented wax more quickly; therefore, extending the life of your candle.
    • We highly recommend keeping a wick trimmer handy to easily cut and discard wicks before each burn.
    • Allow top of candle to pool or liquify entirely with each burn to maintain a level candle top and avoid tunneling.
    • To maximize life of candle, do not burn candle longer than 4 hours at a time.

Lit Up Black Coffee Candle

This is the best smelling candle I’ve ever had! Makes my whole home smell like a coffee shop. I’m so impressed with it that I’ve bought them for all my friends for the holidays. I hope you keep making them!

Best Scent re: Strength I've Experienced from LitUp

All of LitUp's candles are made incredibly well. No fake "fragrance/parfum" that even the supposedly high-end candle makers use. I always liked how LitUp uses only essential oils.

But to the product itself: I am not a coffee person, per se. I enjoy a good cup from a cafe, especially if the barista knows how to truly make a great cup. Still, I absolutely adored this scent. It's very neutral too in that men and women should enjoy it equally. Highly recommended. Can't believe this is the first review. If you, too, are not a coffee person, you'll love this candle the same as the old-school, "I take my coffee black, and need it the second I wake up!" folks.

Lastly, I'd ask LitUp to try ambitious scent combinations more often, like the one in Black Coffee. It truly allows the room to immerse itself into the burning wax. They have a variety of winter themed candles that are fairly similar in that sense. But they're woodsy scents, as amazing as they are, just wished they could be a bit stronger.

P.S. A note to management, if you guys read these -- When living in the city, I went to a candle making shop. Any essential oils and organic scents could be used, so everyone could make their individualized candle. I imagine that may be tough to do for online orders, but if feasible, that'd be a lot of fun. Certainly could corner the market. Even if not, please continue using teakwood in every "manly candle" you sell. It's the best, imho.
