What payment options are available?

When will my order ship?

Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 3 business days. Orders that include out-of-stock items may require an additional 1–2 weeks for production and processing, depending on material availability.

Because each Lit Up Candle Co. product is handcrafted in small batches, occasional supply chain delays may impact processing times. We truly appreciate your patience and support of handmade goods, and we always work to fulfill and ship every order as quickly as possible.

What shipping options are available?

We offer both standard and expedited shipping through USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Orders that qualify for free shipping are typically sent via USPS Ground Advantage. For larger or heavier orders, we may use FedEx or UPS to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Orders shipped USPS Ground Advantage typically arrive in 2-5 days business days. Orders shipped FedEx or UPS Ground typically arrive in 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders $75 or more. Expedited shipping options are also available.
