Growing up, Stacey cared deeply about the environment and recycling from a young age. During that time, she was a dancer and choreographer, and music became an inseparable part of her life.
During college, Stacey began making candles. After moving to Atlanta, she added a sustainable twist—cutting bottles to create upcycled vessels. We upcycle beer bottles and wine bottles into handcrafted candle jars using a 4-step, cold working process:
1) using a wet tile saw, cut the neck off each bottle
2) using a flat lap, sand away imperfections
3) pre-polish the sanded edge
4) polish the smooth edge to add shine on the glass
We use 100% all-natural soy wax due to its many benefits:
• non-toxic & carcinogen free
• soot free & biodegradable
• made from soy beans, a renewable and sustainable resource
• lasts up to 50% longer than paraffin wax
We use lead-free hemp wicks because hemp is eco-friendly, much more sustainable than cotton, and it burns hotter which helps release the fragrance and improve scent throw.
Our organic fragrance oils are made with natural ingredients and essential oils: phthalate free, paraben free, vegan, cruelty free, and gluten free.
We load our products with almost double the recommended amount of fragrance so you enjoy scents that softly fill your space.

I've been buying Lilac Blossoms for a while now and I was so sad when the candles went out of stock. I tried the wax melts for the first time a few months ago and its a a great product. Melts clean and the scent just as strong as the candle. Love love love!

The candle doesn’t smell like weed really but that’s fine I kinda got that sent to tease my girlfriend. I told her it was her grandmothers Christmas present! But I actually got her grandma the mountains in the mist sent (which is absolutely amazing!!) it came on Christmas Eve which was also a blessing! I love the up cycle small businesses every thing. This is truly the perfect candle making my house smell good, without an overwhelming sent. The candle burns evenly and no black smoke. These are the best candles. I will definitely order more!
I love the selection of earthy scents. I keep my wax burner going all day so it keeps a nice, light fragrance all day. And occasionally, I will add a pop of another scent to enhance the fragrance a bit. Love the products
I received one as a gift, and just loved the way it smelled, and the fact that it liquifies all the way through the candle, not just a hole in the middle. This is the second time i'm writing a review for Lit up, because this company is just so top notch. I've tried 3 or 4 different scents now and they are all just amazing. I just got the Island in the Sun and wow - just so refreshing! Makes me feel like i'm on vacation.
