I placed this large order of six items on November 26 and was charged immediately. Weeks went by and nothing came. I left two voicemails and sent two emails inquiring about this order and got absolutely no response. I had ordered these as gifts for the Holidays. When the first deadline of December 17 passed, I wrote asking to deduct the price of one of the candles as it was too late to give -- or send a prepaid shipping label for return. I also asked to upgrade the shipping as my next deadline was December 21. The silence was deafening. Finally the product arrived on December 26, but it was too late for my other deadline of December 24 and I had left town for a week and only now am in possession of what I ordered in November.
I started out loving your product when I discovered it while traveling in Arizona, but your terrible customer service is making me hate it. What can you do to make me whole? This is in reference to order #2369.
I bought quite a few as holiday gifts, but I keep burning them myself because they are so festive and smell wonderful.... looks I may end up keeping them all for myself! They make lovely gifts - clever packaging/smart design/wonderful fragrances.
